How long does it take for payment to be cleared?
Payments made by card are most often cleared immediately, but in some cases they can take up to 2 business days. Payments made via bank slip or lottery outlets are cleared within 3 business days. All delivery times are calculated from payment confirmation.
How long will it take to receive my tracking code?
The tracking code is sent to the email provided when registering the purchase within 7 working days.
I can't see information in my tracking code?
In some cases, the information takes up to 5 business days to be updated in the tracking code. Therefore, just wait this period for your information to appear in the system.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All products available in our store are sent directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, United States and Asia) to the address provided at the time of purchase and delivery takes from 10 to 25 business days (on average after posting the order) depending on the location, the product will be shipped within 7 working days after payment is confirmed in our system.
Orders placed via bank slip take 1 to 3 days to confirm payment in our system.
We guarantee a tracking code for the customer to monitor the delivery progress of their order.
Attention: In certain cases, this delivery period may extend for a few more business days, due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, or other situations beyond the store's control.
Fofura Papel® guarantees the delivery of the order, we are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or lost during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and with free internet tracking, delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.
1.1. Insured shipping
"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 60 working days after posting, on that date the amount paid will be 100% refunded."
Please note: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and then another, don't worry, this is completely normal.
1.2. Order Tracking
The products will be sent by the Post Office or another carrier, there will always be a Tracking Code that will allow the customer to monitor the delivery progress, the store is committed to instructing the customer on how to track the products. The tracking access code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available in the store.
The order tracking code is communicated 3 to 9 business days after confirmed payment.
It may take 5 to 10 days for the tracking code to start showing shipping information on our website.

Changing Orders
I placed an order with the wrong/incomplete address.

- Care with Addressing Orders
The store will arrange for the products to be shipped to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, so that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask that you be careful when filling in the address at which you wish to receive your order.
- Absent Recipient
Please make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the Post Office closest to the address, and, in this case, it will be necessary for the recipient of the package, collect it at the Post Office, within 7 calendar days. If the recipient of the order does not collect it, as per the Post Office standard, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring the payment of a new shipping fee to resend the product.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Post Office website, using the tracking code provided by the store.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Fofura Papel® is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address for orders placed in the store. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, as per Correios regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.
If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, and will be required to pay a new shipping fee, amounting to 25% of the total order (shipping value + postage fee) , to return the product.
I would like to change the model/color of a product in my order.
To offer shorter delivery times, all of our orders begin automatic processing after payment has been made, therefore it is not possible to change the model/color of a product after placing your order and making payment . But don't worry, you can exchange your order within 7 days of receiving it. Remember to follow our guidelines, reported in accordance with our return policies, and contact us as soon as you have the product in your hands.
Cancellations
I would like to cancel an order that I have not yet received.
As soon as payment for your order is confirmed, we automatically begin processing it, therefore it is not possible to cancel an order without having received it .
But don't worry, you can exchange your order or cancel it due to dissatisfaction within 7 days of receiving it. Remember to follow our guidelines, outlined in our return policy, and contact us as soon as you have the product in hand.
I would like to cancel/exchange/receive a refund for an order I have already received.
We have an exchange policy for dissatisfaction that lasts 7 days from receipt of the product and 30 days if there is a problem with the product. If by chance you are not satisfied with your product, simply follow all guidelines outlined in our return policies, contact us and send the product back to us for a new one or a refund.
